On-Site Services
Our on-site team manages all of the recruitment, sourcing, selection, and hiring, on-boarding, and disciplinary action of our employees on-site at your facility. We manage key administrative processes including payroll, billing and detailed reporting for your managers.
Co-Sourcing

Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
In our RPO service, Ronan HR Solutions takes ownership of all, or part of your organization’s recruitment and selection processes that are transactional in nature – such as candidate research, sourcing, screening, testing and selection – optimizes them, and then seamlessly integrates them back into your hiring process.
Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
Our BPO service provides a defined service on a fixed-per-unit basis, as opposed to an hourly billing rate. Ronan HR Solutions assumes responsibility for the entire business process. We then negotiate a fixed price and productivity requirements for each service. From that point on, Ronan HR Solutions manages the human capital and bills you only for the units produced.
Managed Services Provider (MSP)
In our comprehensive MSP service, we oversee all aspects of your contingent human capital. Ronan HR Solutions acts as your managing vendor (think general contractor). We can use our own proprietary software or a 3rd party vendor and act as a single point of contact for companies dealing with multiple human capital vendors. By consolidating these services under MSP, there is a consistency in hiring requirements, bill rates, pre-screening, background checks, insurance coverage and contract compliance from department to department and between each of the vendors you work with.
